1. Eligibility: The Freddy Beach Ribfest Block Party Contest (the "Contest") is open to all legal residents of Canada who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of Freddy Beach Ribfest, Goldrush Office, Savages Bicycle Centre, and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

2. Contest Period: The Contest begins on May 6, 2024  and ends on June 5, 2024 at 11:59 PM Atlantic Time ("Contest Period").

3. How to Enter: To enter the Contest, participants must purchase advanced tickets online for the Freddy Beach Ribfest Block Party during the Contest Period. Each online ticket purchase will automatically constitute one entry ("Entry") into the Contest and will be equivalent to one ballot in the draw box.

4. Alternative Method of Entry: Participants may also enter the Contest without making a purchase by completing the official entry form (the "Entry Form") available at the Goldrush Office, located at 361 Smythe Street, and submitting the completed Entry Form in person to the Goldrush Office before June 5th, 11:59 PM Atlantic Time.

5. Prize: One (1) prize will be awarded in this Contest. The prize consists of a Specialized bike provided by Savages Bicycle Centre. The total approximate retail value ("ARV") of the prize is $900. The prize is not transferable, redeemable for cash, or substitutable except at the Sponsor's sole discretion.

6. Winner Selection: The potential winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible Entries received during the Contest Period. The drawing will be conducted by representatives of Freddy Beach Ribfest on or about June 6th. The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible Entries received.

7. Winner Notification: The winner will be notified by email or phone within three (3) business days following the drawing. The potential winner must respond to the notification within seven (7) days of the first attempt to contact him/her. If the potential winner fails to respond within the specified time period or fails to meet the eligibility requirements, an alternate winner will be selected.

8. General Conditions: By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which shall be final and binding in all respects. The Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process or violates these Official Rules.

9. Publicity: By accepting the prize, the winner agrees to the use of his/her name, likeness, and/or prize information for promotional purposes in any medium without additional compensation to the extent permitted by law.

10. Release: By participating in the Contest, entrants release Freddy Beach Ribfest, Goldrush Office, Savages Bicycle Centre, and their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, directors, officers, employees, and agents from any and all liability for any loss, harm, damages, cost, or expense, including without limitation property damages, personal injury, and/or death arising out of participation in the Contest or the acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize.
